Are you up to the Jeffrey’s Challenge? What is the Challenge you ask?
It is a $2000 Championship Tourney to determine who the overall Best player from the 3 Jeffrey’s combined is each season.
Q: How do I qualify to play?
A: Play Texas Hold’em for free at any one of the 3 Jeffreys Sports Bars. Finish in the top 20 in points at any one venue for the season to qualify for your chance to play in the Season ending Jeffreys Challenge. A maximum of 60 players will get to play. (Possibly less if players qualify at more than one location. There will be NO alternates for this tourney. You must finish in the top 20 to play, no exceptions!!)
Q: What does the winner receive?
A: 1st Place $700 Plus a Silver Championship Coin Engraved with your name!!
2nd Place $500
3rd Place $300
4th Place $200
5th Place $100
6th Place $100
7th Place $100
That’s a $2000 total prize pool!!!

Toys for Tots 2008
The Toys for Tots drive for Christmas 2008 was a success thanks to the generosity of The Atlanta Poker Club. Mrs. Mizoguchi aka Mama Gooch. spearheaded the drive with her “Santas Helpers”. The annual fundraising drive was able to collect over 400 toys and $3500 in donations. THANK YOU to everyone who donated, even if it wasn’t easy. And thank you for the large donations from the ones who could.
The Atlanta Poker Club is a place where people come together nightly to enjoy themselves. One of the awsome qualities of this organiztion is its ability to give, therefore, putting smiles on children’s faces.
The monies were converted to toys and all was brought to Southern Comfort last Friday night where a large croud of tournament players were on hand to see The Marines accept the donations…

The Jeffreys $2000 Challenge
The Jeffreys Challenge Tournament will be played on Saturday December 13th at Jeffreys Suwanee.
Each of the three Jeffreys……Alpheretta, Braselton and Suwanee have been playing exciting tournaments each week during Season 15. Each player competing for a Top 20 spot in at their Jeffreys Venue.
